At Replicate 3DCO, we are committed to maintaining the highest ethical standards and respecting the rights of all artists and creators. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Ownership and Rights

• Services are only available to the original creator and owner of the object being submitted.
• You may not submit work that you do not own or have explicit rights to reproduce.
• By using our services, you affirm that you are the rightful owner of the object and have the authority to request replication.

2. Confidentiality and Data Handling

• All files and digital models created during the process will remain strictly confidential and will not be shared with any third party.
• Customers may choose one of the following options for file handling after the service is completed:
• Destruction: Request that all files and data related to the project be permanently deleted.
• File Retention: Allow Replicate 3DCO to securely store the files for potential future use, such as reprinting or adjustments.

3. Ethical Commitment

• Replicate 3DCO gives its word to uphold strict ethical practices. This includes ensuring that all replicas, stencils, or roughouts produced are strictly for the owner's use and are not distributed, shared, or sold without the owner’s consent.
• This service is intended solely to support creators and educators who own the rights to their work.

4. Limitations of Liability

• Replicate 3DCO is not responsible for verifying the ownership of submitted works beyond the owner's declaration. By submitting an object, you assume full responsibility for ensuring your right to reproduce it.
• Any disputes or claims regarding ownership are the sole responsibility of the customer.

5. Agreement

By using Replicate 3DCO’s services, you agree to these terms and conditions and affirm that you are acting in accordance with all applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
