Replicate3DCO ("we," "us," or "our") is a trade name of Wise Hook LLC, a Colorado limited liability company. All services provided under the Replicate3DCO brand are offered by Wise Hook LLC. Consequently, all financial transactions, including estimates, invoices, and receipts, will reflect Wise Hook LLC as the legal entity. By engaging our services, you ("the Customer") agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. These terms govern the rights, responsibilities, and expectations for both parties to ensure a professional and legally compliant experience.
Customer-Provided 3D Files: Customers may submit their own 3D scan files, created using applications or professional 3D scanning equipment. It is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure they have the necessary rights and permissions to use and replicate these files. Upon request, Replicate3DCO may perform agreed-upon modifications before proceeding with the printing and delivery of the final product.
Replicate3DCO Scanning Services: Customers may send physical items to Replicate3DCO for professional 3D scanning. Customers affirm that they own the rights to the submitted item(s). Using high-precision 3D scanning devices, we will create a digital model, perform any requested modifications, and share the file for Customer approval prior to the printing process. Upon completion, both the original item and the final 3D-printed product will be securely shipped to the Customer’s specified location(s).
Ownership and Rights: Customers affirm that they are the sole legal owners of, or have obtained all necessary rights and permissions for, the 3D scan files or physical items submitted to Replicate3DCO. Customers warrant that the files or items do not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, or patents.
Authorization: By submitting 3D scan files or physical items, Customers grant Replicate3DCO the right to use, modify (as agreed upon), and reproduce the files or items solely for the purpose of fulfilling their order.
File and Design Ownership: Replicate3DCO acknowledges that all 3D scan files and physical items provided by Customers are their exclusive property. Replicate3DCO does not claim any ownership rights over submitted files or items.
Use of Files and Designs: Replicate3DCO will not share, distribute, or use Customer files or designs for any purpose other than fulfilling their order without explicit Customer consent.
Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with sending physical items to Replicate3DCO for scanning. Customers must securely package items to prevent damage during transit.
Replicate3DCO Responsibility: Replicate3DCO will cover the shipping costs for returning the original items and delivering the final 3D-printed products to the Customer’s specified location(s).
Risk of Loss: Replicate3DCO is not liable for any damage or loss of items during transit to our facility. Customers are encouraged to insure their shipments to mitigate potential risks.
Pricing: Pricing is determined based on the complexity, size, and material requirements of the project. A detailed quote will be provided upon review of the Customer's submission.

Quality Assurance: Replicate3DCO strives to deliver products that meet the agreed-upon specifications. However, the final product quality may be influenced by the quality of the provided 3D scan. Scans created using photogrammetry applications may lack detail, leading to potential variations in the printed product. When using Replicate3DCO’s professional 3D scanning devices, including the Revopoint MIRACO 3D scanner with a single-frame accuracy of up to 0.05 mm, we ensure high-precision results. Actual results may vary depending on object characteristics and scanning conditions.
Use of Product: Replicate3DCO is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use or misuse of the delivered product.
Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Colorado.
