At Replicate 3DCO, we specialize in capturing the essence of your physical creations with modern 3D scanning technology. With over seven years of experience in 3D printing, we expanded into professional 3D scanning to provide a comprehensive solution for replicating a wide variety of objects.

Our expertise lies in creating high-quality plastic replicas that come in solid colors. These replicas can be used for various purposes—whether it's downsizing a large sculpture, making a mold, or using as a stencil for a duplicarver machine. We aim to make it easy for you to replicate and share your creations, bridging the gap between physical craftsmanship and modern technology.

Services

3D Scanning and Printing: We provide professional 3D scanning for a wide range of objects, turning your physical creations into high-quality digital models. Once scanned, we can 3D print replicas with precise detail, ensuring the final product meets your needs. We can also add a base to your object if needed to enhance stability or presentation.
Custom Sizing: Our services include scaling your designs up or down to fit your requirements. Whether you need something smaller or larger, we provide replicas in both inches and millimeters to match your vision.
Versatile Applications: We create high-quality replicas that can be used for mold-making, as stencils for duplicarver machines, or as templates for further production, making it easy to bring your ideas to life in new ways.

Pricing

Standard Pricing: For any object that fits within our print bed dimensions of 220 mm x 220 mm x 300 mm (approximately 8.7 x 8.7 x 11.8 inches), our standard price is $200. If the object is too large to fit on our print bed and requires splitting into multiple pieces, a custom quote will be provided based on the complexity and size of the project.

How It Works

Step 1: Get in Touch: Email us at Replicate3DCO@gmail.com with the details of your project, including the number of pieces, dimensions, and whether you would like the size adjusted. Please also include pictures of the object if possible, as they help us better understand the project.
Step 2: Get a Quote: Once we have all the details, we will provide you with a quote, ensuring that the dimensions meet your requirements.
Step 3: Payment: After agreeing on the quote, we will send you a payment link via QuickBooks.
Step 4: Ship Your Work: Once payment is received, ship your original object to us at the provided address.
Step 5: Receive Your Duplicates: We will scan, print, and ship your replicas. Please let us know if we should ship both the original and the replicas to the same address or if they should be shipped to different addresses.

Can you add a base to my object?
Yes! We can add a custom base to your object to improve stability or for display purposes.
What types of materials can you scan?
We can scan a wide variety of materials. One of the only things we cannot scan well is reflective metals, such as shiny aluminum.
How long does it take to receive my replicas?
Turnaround time depends on the complexity of your project, but typical projects take about 1-2 weeks from the date we receive your object.

New Features

We can create custom keychains based on your designs. Pricing: $50.00 for 20 keychains.
We offer advanced options, such as placing scans back-to-back and even mirroring them for a unique effect.
